Hometown Properties Group was established on October of 2025 with the purchase of Mills Rentals. The previous owner had been in business for over 20 years. Currently we manage approximately 266 units residing in Mississippi, Missouri and Illinois. Our history with rentals started in 2001 with various rental properties under other company names. Our goal is to provide rentals that attract high value tenants and establish the best tenant experience available for years to come!
